After dispatch, cancellation is no longer available through this policy. Any issue with the delivered product will be handled under our returns policy and applicable consumer rights.
Approved refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 48 hours of approval to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
